Maintenance Assistant role includes: Building maintenance program and repair coordinationGeneral daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching…HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator…Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenanceNFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc. Minimal Travel to assist sister facilties in the Kansas City area. You’ll do great as our Maintenance Assistant because: You have Healthcare building operations experienc (preffered).
You have general plumbing/electrical skills. You have basic carpentry skills. You have general knowledge in utilizing tools. You are knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
