[ Luxury Business Group x Global Electronics Leader : New Retail Project ]PURPOSEAs part of a leading global electronics brand’s expansion of its premium retail stores, we are assembling a New Store Opening (NSO) Team to elevate customer experience and drive operational excellence across international markets. This project is based in Seoul, South Korea, with frequent business travel to store locations in the U. S. . This project is led by Luxury Business Group, offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a top-tier global brand.
This role will play a key part in new store openings, delivering impactful field training, enhancing team performance, and shaping the future of the global retail experience. RESPONSIBILITIESGlobal Field Coaching & Training ImplementationDeliver high-impact, hands-on coaching to front-line retail staff across multiple international markets, ensuring alignment in customer experience and operational execution. Design, implement, and continuously refine training programs that support the brand’s retail strategy and performance standards. Provide on-the-ground support during new store openings, including on-boarding, soft opening preparations, and live coaching during launch periods.
Assess store-level performance data to identify strengths, address gaps, and offer actionable coaching strategies for continuous improvement. Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions, structured feedback, and role-play scenarios to strengthen staff capabilities and service quality. Partner closely with HQ and local retail leadership to ensure training initiatives are aligned with KPIs and customer experience goals. Improve store operations by identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending scalable solutions. Gather and share global best practices and success stories to promote consistency and excellence across markets.
QUALIFICATIONSFluency in English (both spoken and written) required; Korean proficiency is a plusMinimum of 4 years’ experience in training or retail operation roles within global or premium retail environments (e. g.
, Training Manager, Store Manager)Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal coaching skillsStrong understanding of training methodologies and ability to tailor learning solutions to diverse retail teamsDemonstrated experience supporting new store openings is highly preferredExperience in North America retail training programs or store rollouts is a strong plusMust be open to frequent international travel and comfortable navigating multicultural, cross-market environmentsBachelor’s degree required※ This is a contract position under Luxury Business Group. ※
