The RIG Recruitment is working with a client based in the Luxury Travel Industry who are looking for a Luxury Travel and Lifestyle Manager with the following.Must have luxury Hotel experience globally and travel industry experience.Provide sales reports to the Senior Management● Work closely with the Company Operations Head to brainstorm and implement alternative andinnovative ideas for achieving new business strategies and future trends● Oversee the smooth, efficient running of the Luxury Travel operations● Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability● Meet regularly with the Travel Team to give them sales figures and plan how they approach theirwork● Meet company officers who advise on strategy and find out about any local issues and best toaddress them● Promote and market the business to new or niche markets● Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records● Sell travel products and tour packages (tailor-made trips)● Source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainabletourism● Deliver and exceed branch performance and productivity● To gather information on issues and amenities of interest to clienteles● Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules● Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations● Oversee the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well as staff training● Organize incentives, bonus schemes and competitions● Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.Salary budget I have is between 15,000-18,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights.If interested, please can you send a reply to this mail and I will send my email address for you to send your CV and contact number.
