This role focuses on selling high-end homes, villas, and apartments to discerning clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, a refined sales approach, and the ability to deliver a bespoke buying experience to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and build relationships with HNIs and potential luxury property buyersConduct personalized property tours, highlighting premium features and lifestyle benefitsDevelop and implement targeted marketing strategies for exclusive listingsNegotiate and close high-value property transactions with professionalism and discretionMaintain strong networks with clients, brokers, developers, and industry stakeholdersStay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changesOrganize and host open houses and invitation-only property eventsRepresent the brand with the highest level of integrity and service excellenceQualificationsGraduate / PG4–5 years of experience in the real estate market, preferably with exposure to residential and Luxury residential segments
