With a premium, wet:led focus, this venue will be one of Londons most anticipated opening, a dynamic, high:volume space offering incredible views and year:round appeal.The General Manager RoleThis is a hands:on, commercial leadership role reporting directly into the Hotel General Manager. Youll oversee the full operation, from pre:opening planning through to launch and ongoing performance. Lead and inspire a team of around 70, including senior managers across bar, restaurant, and kitchen. Develop and implement operational standards, guest experience strategies, and commercial plans. Drive revenue, profitability, and brand growth through exceptional execution and leadership. Oversee menu development, concept refinement, and guest experience initiatives. Deliver a smooth, high:energy service environment and a thriving culture of excellence.The Right Candidate At least 4 years experience leading a high:volume, premium venue in London. Strong wet:led background and commercial acumen. Proven record of delivering growth, profitability, and outstanding guest experiences. Hands:on, visible leader who thrives on the floor and inspires their team.
