Introduction: Summer Senses Luxury Resort, a renowned 5* Hotel in Paros and a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager. The position is based in Athens and reports to the General Manager. Key Responsibilities:· Support in developing and implementing the annual sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals.· Ensure the achievement of budgeted revenue goals. · Identify and target key business segments (MICE, leisure, OTA, etc.).· Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and MICE organizers.· Communicate with international offices and local B2B partners to develop collaborations and increase sales, while holding responsibility for pricing policies and terms of cooperation to optimize sales and profitability.· Coordinate the organization of fam trips, press visits, and represent the hotel at such events.· Lead site visits as needed.· Monitor competitor performance and market trends to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.· Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.· Support in developing and implementing the company’s strategic plan, budget plan, and action plan with the aim of achieving optimal customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the expected profitability for the business.· Ensures the long-term positive image of the business by maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential partners, expanding the company’s network, and fostering a favorable climate for both personal and public relations.· Expands the sales networks and identifies opportunities for new partnerships in line with the hotel’s overall strategic direction.· Represents the hotel with professionalism and integrity at trade shows, award ceremonies, and any other official events as required.· Build and maintain relationships with international offices and local B2B partners to increase sales and strengthen the hotel’s market position.· Keep accurate and updated business records, including performance history, financial results, and key statistics.· Support on ad-hoc projects.Job Structure:· 12 month employment, with travel internationally and in Paros as needed and requested.
