A global engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer to join its team in Korea. This role involves leading architectural coordination and design for industrial facilities, including pharmaceutical, food, and other processing plants. ResponsibilitiesLead architectural engineering for concept, basic, and detailed design phases. Prepare and coordinate technical drawings and documentation for project execution. Conduct regulatory reviews and site/infrastructure analysis. Develop general architectural drawings, site master plans, building sections, and elevations. Create basis of design, finish schedules, and detailed specifications. Ensure design integration across disciplines and compliance with engineering standards.
Coordinate facility design and construction across structural, civil, and MEP domains. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit. Knowledge of Korean and international building codes and local regulations.
