Title: LOEWE Assistant Business Planning and Controlling ManagerReporting Line: Senior BPC Manager, Givenchy Greater ChinaJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant BPC Manager to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for Maison Loewe. The role will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize profitability. Key work responsibilitiesIn charge of the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. In charge of monthly closing, work with accounting and various functions to ensure appropriate, accurate, complete and sensible booking.

Perform financial analysis on variance vs historical and forecast, provide insightful comments, cost tracking and periodical reporting. Monitor KPIs (sales, margins, inventory, expenses) and prepare management reports. Partnership with all functions, review and alert on potential risk on costs, process, etc. and proactively work with functions for actions and solutions. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency, implement best practices in business planning and data-driven decision-making. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in major of Finance/Accounting6-8 years’ experience in BPC/FP&A function, Retail, FMCG and Fashion industry preferred.

Strong business acumen, result-oriented, open-minded, proactive in initiatives are required. Good inter-personal skills, team player, able to communicate and work with multi functions and stakeholders. Good time management and able to work under pressure and tight schedule. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
