Post N° LW-142/ Ref. No 2024_00455JOB DESCRIPTION A Bachelor’s level qualification from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years' post-related experience. Alternatively, the lack of a Bachelor’s level qualification may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to the Agency, and include at least 6 years' extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.Proven practical experience in technical and contractual requirements for the management of specialized projects.Knowledge of project management principles.Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies.Ability and willingness to work in a multi-functional civil/military organization.Ability to promote international cooperation and to participate in and chair large international meetings effectively.Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.Demonstrated ability and experience in creating and developing diverse, inclusive and high performing teams through the application of inclusive leadership principles and practice.
