As part of our operations, we own and manage a fleet of approximately 10,000 intermodal containers, ensuring their seamless movement across global trade routes. Our specialized container team plays a crucial role in optimizing supply chains, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality logistics solutions worldwide. To strengthen this team, we are searching for a Team Lead to drive excellence in container management and global logistics operations.
ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of Intermodal Container Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional growth;Oversee and coordinate intermodal container projects across continents, collaborating with internal teams and global partners to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency;Leverage IT systems and automation to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency;Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management;Work closely with logistics operations, sales, and finance teams to execute strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
RequirementsLeadership experience in managing teams within logistics or manufacturing domain, with a focus on supply chain efficiency;Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team;Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills for strategic decision-making;Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;High level of responsibility and ownership;Proficiency in English and Russian is a must.
