A position in the Quality Assurance Department at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California.

The QA Training Specialist will be accountable to train new and existing QC technicians, ensuring a standard level of understanding to their manufacturing line. They will verify a retention of knowledge prior to independent work and annual validation of said production line knowledge. This position will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Food Safety Quality to all factory production lines. Pay Range: $26. 00 - $32. 00 /hrHours: 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm(Must be flexible)Schedule: Monday - FridayLocation: Fresno, CATravel Requirements: NoneWork Environment Available: On-siteCore ResponsibilitiesSubject Matter Expert for all production lines in the position location.

Experience training peers in subject matterDevelop a training validation programIdentify and implement program alignment opportunities between production lines and production sitesFollow corporate policies and proceduresRecommend and update polices to reflect out of date or improvements to ways of working within job. Product and production data review from analytics software. Conduct informal GMP Audits while training, recommending corrective actions and assigning owners. Perform other related and assigned duties by manager. RequirementsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams, internally and externallyIndividual must have technical knowledge through education or experience.

Strong attention to detail with a focus upon critical informationAbility to manage multiple priorities with short and long timelinesDemonstrated problem-solving skills (pays attention to details and effort to understand causes instead of just the effects) and creativity for developing innovative solutions and applications. Excellent written and oral communication skillsExhibited technical training and coaching co-workersProven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentRead and process written information with high degree of accuracy. Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high level of quality, ethics and customer service. Self-Starter:

achieving results through others where no / little formal lines of authority existEducation And/or ExperienceA degree in Food or Nutritional Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or scientific field.
