The Supply Chain Planner position works within the Supply Chain Department of Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California.
This position is responsible for maintaining the production plan outlined by corporate planners. Pay range: $31. 00 - $40. 00 per hourHours: 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PMSchedule: Monday - FridayLocation: Fresno, CACore ResponsibilitiesSupports the mission, values and vision of the company. Create bulk work orders in the system to outline the production plan for the broader company. Make production plan changes as needed. Make in week schedule changes as requested. Create 12-week production plan for a set of specified resources. Revise plans to support sales demands. Maintain proper work order sequencing. Close out workorders upon completion.
Review material availability to ensure scheduled production can be completed. Work with purchasing to ensure materials are delivered on time to support the schedule. Work with QA and production to ensure the proper bill of material version is scheduled. Review finished good inventory levels and makes planning recommendations. Update the demand plan as requested. RequirementsKnowledge, Skill and Abilities: Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for successful communication between all levels of management, within the organization and externally. Skilled in Microsoft, Excel and Word. Experience with order management or ERP software.
Attention to detail. Proven leadership skills and ability to develop, lead, motivate, and manage a successful team. Ability to work independently, take direction and delegate accordingly. Education And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or one to three years of supply chain experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
