We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us evolve the Lyrebird product. This isn’t a “keep the backlog tidy” kind of role.

We're after someone who can turn ambiguity in clarity, spots opportunities others miss, and drives the delivery of thoughtful, impactful products with real energy. What you'll do: Own and shape a part of our product from insight to execution to iterationTalk to our customers every day.

Understand their pains, workflows, language, and needsWork closely with design and engineering to ship solutions that can be adopted and embracedCollaborate with clinical experts, researchers, and operational teams to build tools that slot seamlessly into real care deliveryBalance speed with precision, knowing when to experiment and when to invest deeplyHelp us build the product culture we want: smart, humble, pragmatic, and mission-firstAbout YouYou’re deeply customer-oriented.

You know how to ask the right questions, not just run a scriptYou’re comfortable in the weeds and zoomed way out — you should be able to do a napkin sketch of the vision, but also write a ticket that’s clear and usefulYou’re proactive.
