We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Main ResponsibilitiesActively working closely and communication with Sales Management team for recruitment activity.Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales force.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.Set project, program and/or relate to recruitment campaign.Responsible for data tracking reporting, provide accurate details required in the report and analyze recruitment performance.Comply with legal, ethical practices and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.RequirementsBachelor's degree from reputable university.Life Insurance background.At least 7 years of experience in Business Development/Agency Recruitment/Agency Training.Must be good in Public Speaking.Excellent communication skills, data analytical and relationships-building skills.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
