M&A Analyst - Vice President

Our client is a fast-growing international M&A advisory firm, advising middle-market companies and family-owned businesses on strategic transactions. As part of their European expansion, they are establishing a strong presence in the region to manage both domestic and cross-border deals.They are seeking an experienced M&A professional to join the European team in Stockholm, supporting both buy-side and sell-side mandates. The role will involve end-to-end deal execution, strategic advisory, and client relationship management, contributing to the growth and success of the firm’s European operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support M&A transactions from strategy development and valuation to due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal integration.Conduct financial modeling, market research, and company valuations to guide client decisions.Manage relationships with clients, including family businesses and middle-market firms.Collaborate with a high-performing team on cross-border and domestic deals.Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of European operations.Qualifications:M&A or investment banking experienceStrong analytical and financial modelling skills.Experience managing deal execution and client relationships.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Comfort working in a dynamic, cross-border environment.
