Be part of a growing M&A and ECM advisory firm, contributing to complex deals, and client-focused transactions across key sectors.Our clientA dynamic and growing advisory firm, specialising in M&A and ECM transactions, across resources, energy and industrial sectors, supported by a strong pipeline of active and upcoming mandates.The opportunityAs Analyst - Associate, you will play a key role in structuring and executing a wide range of complex M&A transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint-ventures, and capital raising.
