M&A Analyst (Ukraine)

We are seeking a motivated M&A Analyst to join our M&A and Strategic Investments team. This role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from originating and evaluating opportunities to supporting due diligence and transaction execution. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with senior M&A team members and gain hands-on experience in complex cross-border M&A deals that support our long-term growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Deal Sourcing & Evaluation – Research and identify potential investment opportunities across Europe, North America, and Latin America.Due Diligence Support – Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support investment decisions.Presentation Development – Prepare investment memos for internal and external stakeholders.Pipeline Management – Maintain and update long lists, and other deal-tracking tools.Market & Target Research – Conduct strategic market analysis to uncover trends and identify emerging opportunities.Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant role within a Big-4 firm (valuation, deal advisory, transaction support or audit), investment banking, private equity, or in-house M&A/corporate finance.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Languages: Fluent English (both written and spoken).Sector Interest: Genuine interest in the IT services and technology sectors.Soft Skills: Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent presentation skills, and clarity in communicating complex ideas.
