Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Investor Outreach Manager. The role involves overseeing merger and acquisition activities, conducting financial and market analysis, performing due diligence, and managing investor relations. The manager will also develop and deliver presentations, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives for the company. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in Finance and Accounting principlesExperience with Due Diligence processes and assessmentsComprehensive knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) strategies and executionDemonstrated communication and presentation abilities to engage with investors and key stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development is a plusUnderstanding of SEC reporting, public markets, and investor relations is highly desirable
