We’re looking for an M&A Manager with proven experience to join our dynamic team at Fever—the leading global platform for discovering the best events and experiences.What You’ll Do:Lead Deal Origination and EvaluationDevelop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with Fever’s global growth objectivesOversee and coordinate due diligence across financial, tax, legal, tech, and commercial domainsBuild robust financial models and valuation analyses, identifying clear deal synergiesSynthesize findings into persuasive investment theses and recommendations for senior leadershipDrive Deal ExecutionManage cross-functional deal teams, setting timelines and ensuring smooth progress toward closingNegotiate critical transaction terms—deal structure, valuation, financing—in tandem with legal and external advisorsOversee the preparation of all transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and complianceStrategic Leadership & MentorshipProvide guidance and development opportunities to junior team members, fostering a culture of high performanceCollaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex financial concepts into actionable insightsChampion best practices in M&A, staying ahead of market trends and industry dynamicsAbout You5–7 years of hands-on M&A experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field (candidates with less than 5 years will not be considered)Demonstrated track record of leading successful, full-cycle M&A transactions in a fast-paced environmentExpert understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuringExceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills—capable of building consensus and driving resultsPassionate about continuous learning, professional development, and fostering team growthBenefits & PerksAttractive compensation package Health insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through CobeeOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesWork in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our marketsHome office friendlyResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!English/Spanish LessonsWellHub MembershipPossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by PayflowWe have free food, drinks and fruit at the office!Thank you for considering joining Fever.
