M&E COORDINATOR

Job Description & RequirementsWe are looking for a qualified and experienced mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineer with relevant experience, possess a degree from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board to be overall in charge of all M&E trades,which covers:Review project specifications and technical clarificationsPrepare method statements and check drawing discrepanciesCarry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentationSupervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical mattersEnsure timely and smooth progress of worksEnsure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied withEnsure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO systemJob RequirementsDegree Holders from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.Minimum 5 years relevant experience of M & E worksUse of Autocad would be an advantageProficient in using Microsoft OfficeGood communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
