Syrian Arab RepublicM&E/Data Entry - Syria ( Aleppo - Hama )OrganizationNational Syrian Project for Prosthetic LimbsPosted 28 Nov 2025 Closing date 4 Dec 2025Position Title: M&E / Data EntryLocation : NSPPL Centers ( Aleppo , Hama ) - SyriaDuration : 7 Months .Closing date : 04 Dec' 2025About NSPPLThe National Syrian Project for prosthetic limbs (NSPPL ) has been established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help the people whose parts have been imputed as a result of the Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic parts and the appropriate rehabilitation , and licensed in Syria in Feb 2025 as The Syrian Foundation for Prosthetic Limbs and Rehabilitation.NSPPL is a non-profit organization which serves people in Syria and Turkey.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection and Monitoring:Assist in developing data collection tools (questionnaires, interviews, surveys).Conduct field visits to monitor project activities and ensure alignment with the plan.Record data related to beneficiaries and services provided (e.g., prosthetic fittings and rehabilitation).Data Analysis:Input collected data into electronic databases.Verify data accuracy and analyze it using tools like Excel or advanced analytics software (e.g., Power BI).Report Preparation:Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on project progress.Draft concise notes on challenges and recommendations for performance improvement.Supporting Plan Implementation:Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation team in implementing work plans related to activity and outcome assessments.Contribute to updating key indicators for measuring project success.Coordination and Communication:Collaborate with other departments (administrative, logistical, technical) to ensure information sharing.Provide technical support in the field and train local teams on data collection tools.Complaint and Feedback Management:Record and track beneficiary complaints and feedback regarding services provided.Ensure prompt responses to complaints and implement corrective actions as needed.Required SkillsUniversity degree , or institute certificate with a minimum of two years of experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word).Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluent in Arabic and advanced in English.Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies (e.g., Logical Framework, Impact Assessment).Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel as needed.How to applyIf you are interested, apply for this position by clicking on the apply now button and filling out the application form with your updated CV.Job detailsCountrySyrian Arab RepublicSourceNational Syrian Project for Prosthetic LimbsTypeJobCareer categoryMonitoring and EvaluationYears of experience3-4 yearsShare Share this on Facebook Share this on X Post this on LinkedIn
