As the Project Manager - Business Analysis, you will lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple business analysis projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scopeDevelop project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and risk management strategiesCoordinate with business analysts to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify improvement opportunitiesFacilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any challenges that ariseEnsure adherence to project management methodologies and best practicesFoster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvementConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for future enhancementRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager in business analysis or a related fieldStrong knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologiesExcellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scopeExceptional communication and leadership abilitiesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationshipsProficiency in project management tools and softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldPMP or comparable project management certification is preferred
