Looking for an inspirational environment to take your next step?As an Account Manager, you will take the lead to identify and maximise both new and existing sales opportunities in Wound Management to achieve agreed sales targets which enhances the business in accordance to our strategy. Location: Seoul, South KoreaWhat You’ll DoDrive implementation of wound management strategy in healthcare facilities with Mölnlycke portfolio in cooperation with the marketing department. - Be the project lead to drive clinical program in partnership with Regional Clinical SpecialistIdentify key stakeholders and decision makers in hospital facilities to ensure successful implementation.

Execute sales promotion and drive product usage of Mölnlycke’s pressure ulcer prevention portfolio through evidence based selling approach. Update and maintain account plans, ensuring an efficient and effective way of working within the sales territory in order to maximize business opportunities. Provide clinical, technical support and education to key customers and drive wound treatment adoption. Promote the use of Molnlycke products range to customers in order to reach business objectives. Responsible to gather related market and competitor information, and report back to relevant stakeholders.

Provide continuous education and training to external customers to ensure correct usage of products. In charge of local conferences and events related to pressure ulcer preventions/ wound management. Promote Molnlycke key products range highlighting the clinical evidence and its technology to obtain customer engagement and buy-in. Develop new opportunities in new disciplines and target new users. Jointly develop KOLs in assigned territory to support commercial, professional, training and marketing activities. Monitor market trends and competitor products, as well as customer needs and giving accurate input to the management team to support market development strategies and product mix decisions.

Maintain healthy business relationship with customers through planned visits and mutually beneficial activities. Proactively forecast changes in product usage to ensure accurate order completeness. Monitor and participate in tenders with territory. Gather related market and competitor information, and report back to relevant stakeholders.
