Customer Support Specialist Parts-Soft is an innovative software company specializing in the international automotive spare parts sector. We are looking for a disciplined and communicative Customer Support Specialist who values customer satisfaction to join our team. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and strong language skills to effectively communicate with our international customers.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner. Directing customer requests to the relevant departments and ensuring follow-up. Working in accordance with company rules and operational procedures. Handling customer support requests in Dutch and English.Required QualificationsProficiency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal) is essential.Flexible working hours (available after an initial period). Opportunity for professional development within an international team. Important Note on Location: This position requires the employee to work from our office location initially. Remote work may be considered only after the initial training and adaptation period.
