The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.

Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guestsManage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalismOptimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenitiesProvide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requestsEnsure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferencesCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concernsMaintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise informationDemonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and servicesAddress guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionallyContribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of serviceQualificationsExceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused personalityExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExperience in hospitality or customer service roles (preferred)Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends (preferred)Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionallyTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusAdditional InformationWhat Is In It For YouEmployee benefit card offering discounted Accor rates worldwideLearning programs through our academiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the worldAbility to make a difference through our corporate social responsibility activities like Planet 21
