So then, great – you’re just like every one of us!What is your new role: participating in client audits, ISO or other external certification;running certification processes: research, documentation and communication with the auditing parties;managing projects, related to compliance to norms and regulations, making sure all documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements;proactively reviewing and updating documentation to meet company and regulatory standards;collaborating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, operations, and system administration to ensure successful project delivery. What it takes:

а bachelor’s degree – ideally in a technical field;experience in managing compliance, regulatory, or technical related projects, but more importantly - having a good understanding of regulatory frameworks’ impact on business operations;hands-on attitude and willingness to get to the bottom of things;extra attention to detail, analytical approach and ability to translate the expected result into project plan, concrete milestones, tasks to follow and work with minimum supervision;proactive and self-starting personality to foster curiosity and use it to complete any gap of information;fluent English.
