This is a great moment to join the Technology & digital solutions organisation and be part of the delivery of this major transformation over the coming years!The M365 Administrator's critical role within the Digital Workplace team will ensure that all aspects of the platform are managed and supported, including the day-to-day operational availability of the service, help to drive the change program and ensure the M365 platform is delivering the best possible productivity experience for the users. What will you do: Managing and supporting the day-to-day operational availability of the M365 service to ensure it is delivering the best possible productivity experience for usersDriving the change program to ensure the M365 platform is continuously improved and updatedCollaborating with various departments such as marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure the successful implementation and support of M365 solutionsMonitoring and maintaining the health of the M365 environment, including performing regular system checks and updates (Backup exceptions and Governance Checks)Providing advanced troubleshooting and support for complex M365 issues that cannot be resolved by level 1 supportDeveloping and maintaining documentation for M365 processes, procedures, and configurationsTraining and mentoring level 1 support staff to improve their knowledge and skills in managing M365Participating in the planning and execution of M365 projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budgetStaying up to date with the latest M365 features and updates to ensure the organization is leveraging the full capabilities of the platform.What we need from you for this job:Previous experience (5 years at least) as end-to-end support engineer / M365 Tech Expert providing end-to-end managed support across the spectrum of Microsoft products and services. Fluent in English and at least another language of one of the regions.Extensive and advanced experience in Microsoft 365.Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions expertise on Microsoft 365 technologies and services.Ability to form key relationships and collaborations with IT managers, third parties and Forvis Mazars country technical teamsExperience in providing service excellence in end-user support.Experience with 0365 migrations and on-boarding activities. Can help streamline approaches when migrating from one tenant to another and drive adoption and user count.Proficient in the provisioning of endpoint management (Intune).Specialist SME in one or two of the M365 features (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Exchange online, Microsoft SharePoint).Experience with 3rd party tooling such as Mimecast M365 backup solution and M365 delegation tooling such as Core view.Desired experience of managing and supporting Power platform (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, PowerBI, PowerApps & Power Pages) & numerous services such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) Builder, Dataverse, Power Fxand other Data connectors.Experience working in EUC teams (desirable).Experience working within agile and product-based structures (desirable).Experience of the following: Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business, Teams (desirable).It desired but not absolutely required that the ideal candidate has some of the following accreditations: -MS100 -MS101 -MS102 -M365 Certifications.
