If you have a solid background in the transport sector and are proficient in collaborative technologies, this role may be an excellent fit for you.You manage and facilitate workshops for various stakeholders.You organize and lead sprint meetings and project steerco's effectively.You utilize M365 applications to enhance team collaboration and productivity.You prepare and present project updates in a professional manner.You provide project assistance based on your strong knowledge of the transport domain.You collaborate with team members to achieve deadlines and project goals.You document project processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What are we looking for?You have at least 2 years of experience in the domain of people transport or a company with a similar size and structure. You have at least 4 years of experience with the majority of M365 applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Viva Engage). You possess proven experience with organizing and giving workshops (with at least 2 customer or project references). You have proven experience with sprint meetings, project meetings, and project steerco's (for at least 3 years), along with strong presentation and communication skills. You hold a university degree or equivalent. You are fluent in Dutch (at least C1 equivalent) and understand French (at least B1 equivalent); proficiency in English (at least C1 equivalent) is also needed.What do we offer?Location: Brussels (hybrid)Contract: Permanent or Freelance Start: 01/12/2025End: 31/10/2027
