M365 Product Owner

Location: AnderlechtLanguage: English (speaking and writing required)Start Date: ASAPContext of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:·        Role within the Client’s Digital Workplace department, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot/Agentic AI projects·        Responsible for investigating and assessing new capabilities/features in the Microsoft Product Portfolio·        Provides functional guidance and expertise during workshops, and documents findings·        Works closely with business stakeholders, change management, and technical teams to support innovation and product launchesResponsibilities.                                                                                                                           Daily stand-up meetings with a cross-functional team (architects, product owners, team leads, developers, operations)Product review, roadmap definition, rollout, and sprint planningDefinition and prioritization of requirements, user story designProduct release management and feedback collection from customers/business stakeholdersMeetings with change management team to prepare training and content for end usersValidation and qualification activitiesDocumentation and knowledge sharing.Years of ExperienceMinimum 2 years of proven expertise in Office 365 and its collaboration modules (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.)Must HaveMandatory knowledge of Microsoft 365 productsExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)Capable of writing documentation (qualification, product notes, etc.)Excellent analytical and communication skillsCreative mind and problem-solving attitudeTeam-player attitude, but able to work independentlyCustomer and service-minded mentalityFluent English (speaking and writing)Ideal CandidatePassionate about technology and innovationAble to challenge ideas and propose improvementsStrong stakeholder management and ability to translate complex AI concepts into easy-to-understand content for end usersCurious, proactive, and able to adapt to evolving business needsExperience in product positioning and advising on product maturity and licensing modelsNice to HaveExperience with Copilot and Agentic AI projectsExperience in license management, risk and issue management, and success metrics definitionExperience in training or educating end usersLanguage RequirementsEnglish (speaking and writing required)
