Be able to support and lead generation of new scientific data for clinical use. Be responsible with the factual clinical trials and claims according to country-specific legal and regulatory requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and achieve business plans that relates to medical affairs and scientific objectives as well as execution of measures.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.Conduct clinical research and provide scientific support for product development, e.g. treatment guidelines, RWS, IITs, etc.Medical Affairs evaluation of products and market environment for various opportunities.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Mentor and guide junior team members and manage vendors. QualificationsMaster’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Ophthalmology, Clinical Medicine, or related).About/ Above 10 years experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in ophthalmology.Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Leadership experience is a plus. Preferred SkillsExperience in clinical trials and research methodologies.Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
