Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Travel Specialist, based in Almaty. The Outbound Travel Specialist will manage client travel requests, including planning and booking international trips. Daily tasks include coordinating with airlines, hotels, and tour operators, ensuring client satisfaction, managing travel issues, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also handle visa applications, travel insurance, and other administrative travel-related tasks.
