Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative assistance to the Mineral Exploration team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files. Organize travel, accommodation, visas, and work permits for the team, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies.

Handle daily paperwork such as site access requests, accommodation arrangements, and report preparation. Ensure that all documents are properly archived and easily accessible. Assist with raising and following up on purchase orders, tracking invoices, and ensuring timely payment of vendors. Help coordinate material and equipment shipments, working with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery to the site. Accurately input data into the company’s SAP system, generate reports, and assist in data analysis to support the Mineral Resources team's decision-making process.

Stay aware of site-specific safety protocols, ensuring that all administrative activities align with Barrick's commitment to Zero Harm. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and information sharing. Qualification Requirements: A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in an administrative role within the mining or industrial sectors is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required, especially in document management and data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and liaise with various departments to follow up on tasks. What We Can Offer You:
