Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models and underwriting for evaluating potential investments. Conduct research and due diligence on prospective opportunities, including financial and organizational structures, legal documentation, and performance analysis. Evaluate unit or portfolio acquisition opportunities. Manage various aspects of bringing a deal to funding, including presentations to the final investment committee.
Create concise written presentations with strong communication skills. Assist with asset management, including business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution. Requirements: Superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills. Strong academic background, preferably in finance or accounting. 2-5 years of experience as an analyst in investment banking, real estate, or a finance-related role (real estate experience is a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with mastery in Excel for in-depth financial analysis. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations.
Experience in managing, updating, and analyzing large quantities of data. Ability to manage and effectively present information. Strong business writing and communication skills. Fluency in Japanese and English required. Bachelor’s degree.
