Associate / VP – Real Estate - APAC coverage A leading global real estate investment manager is seeking a talented and driven Associate or VP to join its team in Japan, supporting hospitality-focused investments across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and hands-on investment team with a strong track record across all Real Estate asset classes. You will play a key role in the acquisition, portfolio management, and disposition of assets.
You will work closely with senior team members and contribute to all phases of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and underwriting to asset management and exit strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and deal screening across APACBuild and maintain detailed financial models for investment analysisSupport due diligence processes and lender negotiationsPrepare internal investment memos and external presentationsMonitor industry trends and contribute to strategic planningAssist in post-investment asset management and value-add initiativesSupport asset disposition and exit processesQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in real estate investmentStrong analytical and transactional background, particularly in APAC and JapanAdvanced financial modeling and presentation skillsExcellent communication skills in English and JapaneseHighly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferredPassion for real estate and a collaborative mindset
