We are seeking an experienced and ambitious HR Business Partner to join our growing organisation at a pivotal moment of transformation.
Supporting the Nordic region (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway), this is a unique opportunity for a high-performing HR professional to build and shape the HR function in the region from the ground up—and grow into a strategic global role supporting our Innovation Hub (R&D). You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the business and play a hands-on role in establishing HR operations, supporting a small but growing team, and driving initiatives in employee engagement, culture, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR contact for the Nordic region, providing both strategic and operational HR supportLead the setup of the HR function, including policies, processes, and cultural frameworksSupport and develop a small local team, with a view toward future growth and capability buildingDrive initiatives in employee engagement, culture, tone of voice, and leadership developmentCollaborate closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to implement global HR programs locallyPartner with the newly established Shared Service Centre in Romania to ensure effective delivery of core HR servicesManage outsourced payroll providers and support upcoming payroll improvement projectsUtilize SAP SuccessFactors and other tools for HR data, analytics, and systems managementParticipate in and lead regional and global HR projects, ensuring alignment with business strategyPrepare to transition into a Global HR Business Partner role for the Innovation HubWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global, matrixed organisationStrong understanding of the HRBP’s role between Shared Services and CoEsDeep knowledge of Nordic HR practices, with particular expertise in Swedish employment law and cultureSkilled in both strategic planning and hands-on operational deliveryExperience managing or working with outsourced payroll providersProficient in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platformsConfident working in autonomous, standalone roles with evolving scopeDigitally fluent and tech-savvy, with a growth mindsetComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving HR transformation from the ground upFor more information, please contact Alice Redmond today.
