In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to shape the technical strategy for responsible AI practices, focusing on fairness, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment of machine learning models. You will lead projects that identify and address bias across diverse ML applications, including generative AI, search, ranking, and content understanding systems.This position offers an opportunity to influence the future of responsible AI technology at Pinterest, driving innovation that impacts millions of users worldwide. You will mentor junior engineers, foster cross-team collaboration, and help establish best practices for responsible AI implementation.
