Machine Learning Engineer – Data & Analytics Netherlands, Amsterdam (3 days per week in office)€55,000 – €65,000 (depending on experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics team in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ML, NLP, and AI projects in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.You will play a key role in bridging the gap between data science and architecture teams, turning research specifications into production-ready code, and deploying models in a cloud environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy machine learning and NLP models in a cloud-based environment (AWS).Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring robust coding practices (e.g., GitHub, CI/CD).Collaborate with the architecture team to integrate models into production systems.Create data visualizations and reporting tools to present insights effectively.Work closely with data analysts and scientists to translate requirements into working solutions.Contribute to projects involving entity mapping, data extraction, and LLM fine-tuning.Your ProfileDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Around 3 years of experience in ML engineering or data science.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL.Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Understanding of data modelling, statistics, and ML pipeline development.Hands-on experience with AWS or another cloud environment.Bonus: Experience in JavaScript-based data visualization and/or NLP / AI projects.Who You AreCurious and collaborative, eager to learn and share knowledge.Proactive and solution-oriented, comfortable taking ownership of projects.Low-ego team player who can communicate ideas effectively in a flat, open culture.Why This RoleWork on impactful projects that combine data science, AI, and real-world business applications.Collaborate with a talented, international team.Take ownership of end-to-end ML development, from coding to deployment.Interested?Apply now to be part of a challenging and rewarding data-driven environment.
