Machine Learning Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, data engineering, and software development, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, train, test, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for model training, evaluation, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to define and implement ML solutions.Participate in code and model reviews to maintain high standards of quality and performance.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize models and systems for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate new machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools.Contribute to technical documentation, experiment tracking, and best practices for ML workflows.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Experience with version control systems like Git.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
