By joining our team, you will be playing a vital role as together we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.ProfilKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative machine learning models, turning data into actionable insightsManage and optimize AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiencyCreate and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless model deploymentCollaborate closely with data scientists to implement and scale ML solutionsContribute to the enhancement of our Data and AI Platforms, working cross-functionallyRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in ML Engineering or a related field (we value diverse backgrounds!)Strong foundation in software engineering principles and best practicesProficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch)Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD principlesUnderstanding of statistical models and their evaluation methodologiesWe encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
