💻 The position: Machine Learning ExpertTELUS Digital is building a high-impact team of Machine Learning Experts working alongside Policy Enforcement specialists to provide actionable insights on AI decision-making.As a Machine Learning Expert, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, fine-tuning, and optimizing machine learning models for content moderation and policy enforcement. You will evaluate complex, nuanced content, provide feedback on AI reasoning processes, and collaborate with policy experts to ensure model outputs align with organizational guidelines. Your work will directly influence model performance, annotation workflows, and the quality of AI-driven policy decisions.📍 Where do we need you?
