They’ve built a culture where innovation moves quickly, technical discussions are valued, and smart people work together to solve complex problems at scale.If you’re passionate about applied machine learning, high-frequency data, and real impact, this role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge predictive modelling in a truly collaborative environment.The RoleYou’ll help design and build end-to-end machine learning workflows — from data ingestion to model calibration, deployment, and validation — supporting critical decision-making across the business.Your work will include:Developing and optimising benchmarking and calibration frameworks.Building and maintaining data preparation and generation pipelines.Prototyping and releasing new predictive architectures, especially for time-series models.You’ll see the direct results of your work quickly, with a rapid feedback loop and minimal bureaucracy.The TeamYou’ll join a small, high-calibre group of researchers and engineers with backgrounds spanning mathematics, computer science, and applied machine learning.The team shares a strong scientific mindset, enjoys open technical debate, and values curiosity, autonomy, and collaboration. Everyone contributes to both research and production code, ensuring a shared understanding of how models behave in practice.About YouYou’re a hands-on researcher who combines solid theoretical understanding with practical software skills.
