Machine Operator

Location: Leola, PAType: Contract-to-HireOur client in Leola, PA is seeking a Machine Operator to provide cross-functional support across Tooling, Blending, Grinding, and Quality Assurance (QA). This individual will also perform the duties of a Lead Operator in Production—overseeing output, ensuring specifications are met, and maintaining overall product quality. The Utility Lead will serve as a fill-in Supervisor when needed.Key Responsibilities:Assist Tool and Die with changeovers and line start-upsSupport Maintenance with minor equipment repairsPerform duties of a day or night shift Lead Operator as neededMake heat adjustments on extruders to maintain quality standardsMaintain Ink Jet printers and select proper printsProvide coverage and breaks for line operatorsComplete Production Pre-Start Checklists and start up lines efficiently to produce quality productEnsure tooling is stored correctly and work areas are organizedPromote safe work practices, positive attitude, and company goalsSelect proper silo and material for product runsAssist with onboarding and training of new hires in ProductionSupport daily production process improvementsPerform Blending/Grinding or QA Technician duties as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma/GED preferredMust be qualified at the A Operator levelStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitudeAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAssociates Degree in Electronics or equivalent training (Fundamentals of PLCs, Programming Controllers, Troubleshooting and Repair of PLCs) preferred, with 3+ years of practical electronics experienceEEO Policy:Allied Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, religion, color, sex, national origin, marital status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, veteran status, or other status protected by law.
