Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator (Food Industry)Location: Ikeja, LagosSalary: 150k- 170kResponsibilities• Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions and procedures.• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities.• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production quotas.• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.Skills:• Experience with FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines.• Operation and troubleshooting of high-speed bottling lines (e.g., bottle fillers, capping, labeling machines).• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends.• Strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.Requirements Minimum of Trade Test Certificate or OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.• 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.• Proficiency in operating various types of machineryInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to cv@ascentech.com.ng using the job title as subject of the mail.
