You will be responsible for upgrading seed batches to meet the highest quality standards while contributing to our ongoing R&D efforts through precise data collection.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor AI-driven seed sorting machines to process seed batchesEnsure all processes meet Seed-X's stringent quality standardsPerform sowing and phenotyping of seed batches using our proprietary softwareProcess phenotypical data for further AI training and algorithm developmentInspect and control ongoing production processesTroubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with support from the technical teamMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWhat We're Looking ForYou are a motivated, independent, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Required:Excellent level of EnglishStrong computer skills and experience with digital toolsProven teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitudePreferred:Experience in the seed processing or agriculture industryValid driver's license and access to your own vehicleWhat We OfferA full-time contract (up to 38 hours/week) with a competitive salary based on experienceA comprehensive onboarding and training program to help you succeedAn engaging and supportive international team environmentA healthy work-life balance
