MACHINE OPERATOR (DAIRY COMPANY)Job Summary:The role involves operating high-speed dairy processing and packaging equipment to support the efficient and consistent production of milk, yogurt, fermented products, and other dairy items. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of dairy processing standards, machine operation, and strict hygiene protocols. They must be able to perform accurate machine setups, monitor critical parameters, troubleshoot minor issues, and uphold the highest levels of food safety, quality, and GMP compliance throughout the production process.Job Qualifications:Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering or related field.Must have a Tetra Pak certificate and any other training certificates2 - 3 years of experience in a dairy processing industryHands-on experience operating dairy equipment such as pasteurizers, homogenizers, ESL, separators, UHT lines, fillers, or packaging machinery.Must have Recommendation letters from dairy companies.Job Responsibilities:Monitor production flow and ensure continuous operation with minimal downtime.Perform start-up and shutdown procedures according to SOPs.Conduct in-process quality checks (temperature, pressure, viscosity, weight, seal integrity).Record production data, downtime events, and quality results accurately.Assist in CIP/SIP procedures and ensure sanitation protocols are followed.Identify and report abnormalities or deviations in machine performance.Coordinate with production supervisors and QA teams to meet daily targets.Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and LOTO procedures.Verify batch codes, expiry dates, and correct packaging material before production.Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines at all times.
