You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes. What role will you play? As a Tech Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all staff requiring technology assistance. You will leverage your experience in Desktop or Trade Floor Support to provide face-to-face support, engage with staff via digital platforms, and participate in technology projects such as refreshes, upgrades, and office moves. Your role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our technology services.
