Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing account updates, campaign coordination, payment tracking, and document handling. Duties include escalating payment issues, maintaining records, compiling reports, and ensuring compliance with policy requirements. The role also involves responding to queries, distributing communications, supporting legal processes, reconciling financial data, and assisting with account settlements and restructuring. RequirementsStrong administrative and organizational skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with legal processes in the banking industry. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with report writing and performance tracking. Familiarity with systems like Excalibur is an advantage. Capable of resolving client and internal queries effectively. Ability to manage daily operations and support call centre functions.
