Job Description

We are Madar an innovative SaaS & TaaS company revolutionizing logistics and delivery operations. we partner with leading third-party delivery providers to offer seamless, efficient, and technology-driven last-mile solutions to our clients. We are looking for a Fleet Manager to lead and manage our partnerships with delivery companies. You will oversee contracts, monitor performance, and ensure that our delivery operations meet the highest standards of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

RequirementsEstablish and maintain relationships with third-party delivery service providers (3PLs)Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to enhance cost efficiency and service qualityTrack and analyze delivery performance metrics (including on-time delivery rates, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction)Work collaboratively with Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams to optimize delivery processesIdentify and onboard new delivery partners in order to facilitate business expansionBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related disciplineA minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, delivery partnerships, or fleet operationsProficient negotiation, communication, and contract management abilitiesExperience in Software as a Service (SaaS), Transportation as a Service (TaaS), last-mile delivery, or 3PL management is advantageous
