Customer Service Representative

We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representatives!Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that makes a real difference? We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our branches in Bonaire and play a key role in delivering excellent, everyday banking service—with heart, purpose, and professionalism. In this role, you’ll:

🔹 Support customers in person, by phone, email, and digital channels🔹 Handle day-to-day transactions with precision🔹 Answer questions and guide customers through products and services🔹 Identify customer needs and referring sales opportunities to the right experts internally🔹 Promote digital banking solutions🔹 Be the first line of defense—ensuring compliance and helping prevent fraud🔹 Build lasting relationships that inspire trust and loyaltyWhat you’ll need to succeed:

🔹 A completed MBO/SBO (or equivalent) diploma in Business, Hospitality or a related field🔹 1–2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or hospitality🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Papiamentu, English and Dutch🔹 A detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude🔹 Comfort using digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment🔹 A willingness to learn, grow, and work with integrity and careWhy this role matters – and what it takes: This is a dynamic, front-line role that calls for emotional intelligence, agility, and strong problem-solving skills.
