维修主管-MAE Supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Objective工作目标:Reach Key Performance Indication of each working center 达到各个工作中心的绩效指标Solve problems and continues improvement equipment 解决问题并持续改进设备Job Responsibilities工作职责Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line.分析和解决生产线技术问题;Set up the training plan for all members in maintenance team.为维修团队建立培训计划;Manage the maintenance plan and participate in maintenance work.管理并参与维护保养计划和工作;Ensure that company’s rules and regulation are followed by all members of maintenance team 确保维修团队遵循公司规章制度;Continual improvement for performance of equipment. 不断改进设备性能Cooperate project team to write the equipment spec and finish acceptance work; 配合项目团队编写设备标准并完成验收工作;Optimize spare parts cost. 优化备件费用Lead maintenance team to reach KPI target（Downtime rate, OEE, etc.）, 领导维修团队达到KPI目标(停机率，OEE等)；Write and optimize maintenance documents and standards. 编写并优化维护文件和标准;Coordinate cross departmental work. 协调跨部门工作 Job Requirements工作要求Bachelor degree or above in engineering field such as mechanical, electrical or automation.Fluent English both writing and spokenExcellent in office software;Good experience in maintenance projects/knowledge and conception;Strong ability for trouble shooting and PM, TPMGood leadership and strong communication skill. - ＞5 years site experience in automatic production line areaCan be available on the site anytime, if necessary.Expert in one of the three fields: mechanical, electrical and automation.
